The Story

My story started over 15 years ago.I grew up seeing my amazing mother have a hard but eventually and fortunately successful battle with cancer. This shaped me towards what I assert is the indispensable importance of full true health and vitality. I started prepping all my own nutrition at 15.After college in 2016 at 20 years old I studied to become a personal trainer and nutrition coach. Helping hundreds of clients until 2020 covid era.In 2020 I started working with clients remotely around the world with great success.In 2022 I, ironically (but by divine design I see now) became sick with Crohn's disease. A devastating autoimmune condition that has high risk of morbidity. Despite all the odds, I overcame it, in to remission. Without drugs or surgery.I humbly say, I have been in this game of human health since a young age. I know this game. My passion is helping you be so vital in every cell in your body that you have access to the highest level of being you have ever had.
